CASA NEVETT.

REMODEL.

CARACAS, VEnEZUELA. 2007.

Located on a typical lot in Caracas, this property took on new life when its owners decided to upgrade it by incorporating the property next door with its wooded lot, building a swimming pool, and adapting the design to show off the remarkable garden. Excessive compartmentalization gave way to freer and more fluid plantings extending along two levels of the terrace, which emerges amidst the green landscape and allows life among the trees at various levels, as is only possible in a tropical climate.
